I have worked for large real estate firms such as Prudential and ReMax and can tell you that it's not the firm which makes a good agent, it's the integrity of the agent. I honor the fact that you know what your needs are and know your moving schedule better than I possibly can. I tell my clients that I am the UNagent. Making money is not my highest priority. Caring for my clients IS. I know that sounds unusual which is unfortunate. My goal is to begin to change the world with my small contribution of seeing your success as my success. I have no hidden agenda and hope to restore an environment of trust in our world… one client at a time.

All the established “rules” for buying and selling a home have changed. If you are trying to sell your home it will join an ever increasing market inventory and be available to a smaller pool of buyers. As a buyer you are faced with additional lending scrutiny, increased inventory and quality issues as builders and sellers try to make their homes look good, spending as little as possible for repairs. This can mean cover-ups and/or poor workmanship. North Carolina is a “Buyer Beware” state… it’s up to you to find competent inspectors.
